Educating the next generations!
At LACTOSAN’s Innovation & Development, we believe that developing talent is part of the innovation process. That’s why we open our doors to students with scientific curiosity and a desire to learn by doing — truly hands-on.
When that happens, the team grows: in ideas, in energy, and in shared knowledge.
During her internship, María Belén Hernández worked on incorporating Powdered Cheese into pet food, exploring its role in formulations, its behavior during processing, and conducting sensory tests with dogs and cats. Belén completed her internship in January 2026, leaving us with very valuable learnings.
Today, we continue along this same path with Malena Horta, who is analyzing the impact of adding Powdered Cheese to semi-sweet biscuits, combining experimentation, evaluation, and continuous improvement:
