Lactosan LATAM is committed to high standards of product and processes quality assurance, safety and regulatory requirements for which we have a well-defined Quality, Mission and Vision Policy that is communicated throughout the organization.

We are certified according to FSSC 22000 Standard, as a guarantee of the Management System, complying with GMP, having an implemented and externally audited HACCP System with all its prerequisites in place: SOP's, SSOP's Pest Control, Training plans, calibration and maintenance, traceability and recall, etc.

We carefully select our raw materials and suppliers, performing several controls prior to their effective use. Our processes are controlled by pre-established parameters of production and process analysis.

All of Lactosan final products are controlled by means of physicochemical, microbiological and sensory analyses in order to release and deliver them to our customers, accompanied by their COA's (Certificate of Analysis).

All of the above guarantees Lactosan LATAM delivers products that meet customer’s requirements for quality, safety and regulatory aspects.
