Lactosan LATAM is committed to:

  • Working with our customers in the development of new products and their applications.

  • Complying with legal and regulatory frameworks, locally and at export markets.
  • Ensuring the production of safe food ingredients, through implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices and the HACCP System on all of our processes.
  • Ensuring the competence of personnel through continuous training and awareness in aspects of quality, food safety, energy efficiency of existing processes, as well as future designs, safety and occupational health creating a safe work environment in accordance with the sector risks.
  • Promoting awareness by actively involving all our personnel in the Integrated Management System to motivate the search for opportunities to improve products, processes and systems.
  • Commit itself with the concept of food safety in every level of the organization, promoting it in the strategic management and in the everyday activity, in order to protect the safety of our products and our clients’ health.  
  • Ensuring continuous improvement of energy performance, in order to have the information and resources necessary to achieve the established objectives and goals.
  • Working together with our suppliers to acquire energy efficient products and services.
