Our Creamline range of products is made from fresh dairy cream, milk and/or non-milk solids, which are subsequently pasteurised and spray-dried. One of the main advantages of Lactosan Creamline is providing your products with milk fat content and its distinctive flavour, through a 18-months shelf life ingredient which needs no refrigeration, and is microbiologically safe.

Lactosan Creamline combines mouthfeel, creaminess and milky creamy note to your creations with stability in different industrial food processes (heat, pH modification, etc.) and ease of use in dry mixes and ready to use formulations for different product segments, thus providing greater usability and 100% utilisation.
